So first of all, I don’t class my blog as a thinspo blog, a weight loss blog or even a healthy eating/living blog. I made this to be my internet scrapbook of things that make me feel like getting up in the morning and carrying on day to day. it’s my motivation blog and what ever makes me motivated and thankful I will post on here so when i do have a shit day I hit archive and realise all the good shit i’ve been thorough and when. now i’ve got out the way, yes i’m gonna do a weight loss challenge, i don’t expect to change much over the next 30 days but i think answering the questions will make me feel more confident and happier about where i am and where I was. first post will be soon. I feel as if i should put up something weightloss related seeing as this is an inspo blog for myself so boom! Body Space is awesome for keeping track of progress
so we didn’t hit the stone… DAMMIT! but to be honest our diet of kfc, burgers, beers and jacket potatoes with butter might have held us back a bit… we’ll cut out the shit and hit it harder this week. 14 pounds end of october? okay i’ll do what i can!
