The staples in my diet, what I WILL usually eat from day to day (not all of it of course, but probably weekly…) Add in some subway and hummus w/ salad and thats my life!
Someone sent me a private message asking me about the stuff i eat… so here is a list of foods i like to think i consume as much as i can(within reason)…
EGGS, TUNA, SHRIMP, CHICKEN, LEAN BEEF, OATS, BROWN RICE, APPLES, BANANA, DARK CHOCOLATE, PEAS, BEANS, BAKED POTATO, SWEDE, CABBAGE, AVOCADO, ALMONDS, OLIVES, TEA, MAPLE SYRUP & LACTOSE FREE MILK! (recently…) I should add prune juice here. but thats just disgusting!
so we didn’t hit the stone… DAMMIT! but to be honest our diet of kfc, burgers, beers and jacket potatoes with butter might have held us back a bit… we’ll cut out the shit and hit it harder this week. 14 pounds end of october? okay i’ll do what i can!
9 stone down (126lbs) still a bit more to go, thought i’d do a quick update. hopfully i’ll reach my weight goal by new year! I’m going to find out more about surgery as well and if i’ll need it! ehehhehehe
