The staples in my diet, what I WILL usually eat from day to day (not all of it of course, but probably weekly…) Add in some subway and hummus w/ salad and thats my life!
This is a usual meal for me… when im SKINT! all together it costs 4 pound but serves two. MACRO TIMES: 700 kcals, 60g proteins, 70g carbs, 25g fats. i washed it down with a diet irn bru.
Doing some powerlifting tomorrow so I’ve increased my carbs a little bit so i can preform a bit better, CANNOT WAIT! just usual stuff, might half the chicken and exchange for some tuna! (living on the mother fucking edge)
