i’d like to be 200lbs at 10% body fat. but my weight loss goal i wanna get under 200 pounds maybe 14 stone-ish?
as healthy as I can without loosing a social life (which seems to be failing)
Eggs and wheetabix for breakfast with some fruit. peanut butter and sugar free jam on a bagel post workout. some kind of beef, chicken or tuna, a carb source like rice or a wholewheat wrap (e.g burrito, burger biriyani) and some green veggies. weekends i’ll have a roast. standard.
