Intermittent fasting with High Intensity Interval Training and Max Effort workouts (or MaxOT) with a Diet that fits your macronutrient requirements (If It Fits Your Macros) this worked for me when i was bigger but now my body fat percentage is within a normal range i need to do things a little more differently! I don’t have a set diet i just have numbers I hit daily/weekly! I’m Starting Lyle McDonalds Ultimate Diet 2.0 soon which is amazing but very hard! I would recommend anyone to read his books! if fat loss is the goal his Rapid Fatloss Handbook is awesome!
