Misc: That weekend weight kind off fell off pretty quickly, even tho I’m not to bothered about the weight until Monday (where I will also find out my BF% finally!) i’m not expecting amazing changes which was 21% urgh… Tomorrow will mostly be quad dominant with squats, step ups and maybe a run, not sure how long tho!
