How many calories did you eat when you first started losing weight? What did you do for exercise and when did you start seeing results?
oh god! when i started i just did the usual “eat healthy” thing when I started counting calories i think i was around 2800ckals to start! I did 3 full body resistance training workouts a week with 15 to 30 mins cardio! I couldn’t really see results until a lot later like after the 100lbs loss mark I just relied on my friends opinions :)

ah its ok, im alright now :) yeah an exercise bike would properly be okay! that sounds like a good idea :) ill give it a go! go knows writing down everything i eat, ill be there for days lmao! thank you anyway :D
