Workout: ME Pull. Nutrition: 196p/86c/77f Stats: 194lbs (??%bf) This one goes out to: ALL DA HATERS Misc: Getting back into the swing of lifting heavy, and working on my YOKE! I haven’t put deadlifts in because I’m not changing my program until monday but it was basically 4 sets of 3 and then 1 set till failure (which ended up being 14reps) of 100kg.

and also ate what ever I want macros are unknown but probably double a normal person my size’s macros so I’ve gained some water weight amongst other things but to be honest I needed it, I feel so much better for it! 26th of march is when I start the last stretch of this weight loss before heading back to the doctors! so I’m going to chill out STILL GO GYM! but just have peace...
